No treats, everything in the main collection is assigned. No letters allowed, and prompts are unrevealed and secret until 1 week before the deadline, when the Madness collection opens.

Yeah, so much less sturm und drang about everybody needing their Perfect Gift, no gaming away from prompts that are too hard so odao becomes expected again. Go back to coal as the default, people are just happy for any movement in a small fandom, the perfectionists all quit.
