Ah, someone wrote a treat for my recipient that's for a more popular fandom than mine and which already has heaps more kudos. The recipient hasn't kudosed/commented on either of them, but I was super proud of the fic I wrote them, and now my idiot brain is like "they won't like it as much as the other one which is clearly better because look at all those kudos!" I know it's just differently-sized fandoms doing their thing, but ouch, talk about a hit to my confidence.

If it were me and the fics were equally good I'd like the one in the rarer fandom more just because it's rarer.
