The only way to do it is to phrase it like “Recip I loved your letter so much. I feel like I could write all of your prompts! (There may or may not be a draft document open already...)” or something.

If the recip hates the fic they can politely ignore it/talk around it, and if they loved it they can be like omg!!!!! please write me all the things!!!!!
