One of my worst gifts was as a YT pinch hit. I was so excited to go out for PHs because YT means I could have gotten anything and it was going to be written by someone excited to pick me up. Instead I got 1001 words of original character fic with my requested characters as barely there cameos. It was a five minute fandom. Anyone else could have picked that up and would have done a better job.
