Yes, all of this.

If you're going to sock, then you should be able to participate well with all of the accounts you're using. So if one person's running two accounts and they turn in their fic but they don't always remember to complete their letters or rarely manage to comment within the anon period, to me that's socking wrong because their choice to get two fics caused stress for other people.

tbh some people don't even manage good exchange behaviour with one account, so... socks are definitely not for everyone!

Exactly. This is why people get annoyed with sock armies because usually, even one of them would be subpar to deal with. 5 at once that you can't get away from? THE WORST.
