I go through the collection during anon week and bookmark whatever looks interesting,and start reading after author reveals. 10/10 would recommend.

it's for when someone's general existence annoys you so much that even the fact that they are eating crackers seems like a horrible offense against the whole world.

Frequently comes into play when several people are stuck together in a small space (or small fandom) for too much time.

in theory it includes a level of self-knowledge about how ridiculous you are being for acting offended about somebody eating crackers, just because you are generally annoyed by them, but a lot of people who use it these days seem to miss that element.
