I am very black-hearted, and I can absolutely see someone claiming one of those last IPHs just to get the mods to reveal all the requests and without any intention of writing it, and then eventually defaulting on the IPH, leaving the recip to linger again.

While that's definitely possible to do this year, it sounds like a good way to get request reveals moved back to the deadline again.

I picked up the old book from my library and I'm rooting around for the former yougoslavian movie because they're genuinely interesting to me

But also I'm not grabbing them specifically because I don't want to default later on if my mojo fails me, as it so unpredictably does.
