They DNW kink and AUs, but for the assigned fandom they only want explicit fic about a pairing with a huge power imbalance and an inherently kinky relationship. (Like, think if one was a shock collared slave and the other was their master -- that's not it, but it's similar.) What do I write?

Ask for clarification because DNWing "kink" is basically meaningless. Pretty much everything can be kink.

Ask mods or ODAO gen that skirts the power issues, I think that's your only options.

Write the pairing as plain vanilla smut, then have that character awaken from a dream or nightmare.
