Yep. In fact I ended up gaming for a letter that showed up right at the end.

I didn't quite game for a later letter, but I did add all of their fandoms to my offers to increase my odds of matching to them rather than someone else.

SA To be clear, I do know and like their fandoms, I wasn't playing roulette with fandoms I'd be unwilling to write.

Anyway the letter itself is fine. Write them 1k of whatever and move on.

It’s mostly the “no typical romance” thing when we would match on a ship they’re requesting. It’s one of those DNWs that’s so subjective I get nervous about.

Reading this letter was an experience. I am definitely tempted to treat for it even though it is wildly out of my wheelhouse! This is a letter I can only aspire to in terms of how thoroughly it sold me on it (for people who prefer long letters. for people who like letters short, uh, this isn't it)

I like short letters, but I really like the structure here which makes it feel much shorter than it is and also makes it easy to skip the parts that aren't relevant.

This isn't really that wanky, but this letter did reaffirm my decision not to offer the Oxford Time Travel series since I would have only offered characters from the Doomsday Book and despite selecting any, the recip ask that no elements or plot points specific to that book be included.
