What is the optional tags field in offers? I know it says it's used to help moderators improved matching, but how? What kinds of tags to people stick there and how do the moderators use them? Searching within optional details? something else?

In Yuletide they are used only for when you want to offer more than 10 fandoms in which you are willing to write Any (known as a bucket offer) as a way to overcome the 10 offers only limit of the signup form.
