I think it was just male hosts. Elsie was implied to be a lesbian/at least kissed women. All the hosts probably had sex with everyone and there were lesbian hosts in the orgy scenes at in the Mariposa whore house obviously.

Now that we have so many letters posted, what do the worldbuilding requests look like? Any really weird ones? Any that are tempting you to offer worldbuilding even if you thought you wouldn't? Any that are Completely Missing the Point (tm)?

If they use the phrase "signed up recipients" or similar and not just "participants" then they're excluding the non-signed-up pinch hitters that they deliberately solicit prompts from and encourage us to treat

Iirc they have in the past defined it for Madness much like Swaps - if you are "part of the yuletide community", and have expressed willingness to get treats this year, they don't care.

That said I'm not sure they want to *actively encourage* people who didn't sign up or pinch hit getting treats.

Brought to you by me just switching my out because there is now officially an even mix of great letters I would like to match to and a small enough number of fandoms without letters that I like enough to risk rolling the dice just to add some mystery to what my assignment will be.

Briefly before sign-ups close so to catch last-minute sign-ups and give people as much time as possible to get their letters in. I only offer fandoms where all requests have letters and I want to write for every single one, so a lot of stuff will be scrapped. In practice, it usually means I'm only matchable go a single request.

It's weird to me to see the Poppy War at the top because I could write that, I guess? But I wouldn't enjoy having it as my main assignment as much as the other things I'm offering. I guess I could pick up a pinch hit if my main assignment really surprises me.

I just signed up, and offered three things that were sitting there without offers. If your request just, in the last 30 minutes or so, got an offer, it might be me, and I'm excited about all of them.

Houdini & Doyle is the fandom I'm looking to treat. I'm excited to see all of the requests when they're visible, but I'm already REALLY excited by the letter that's been posted. (Can't offer it because I'm not signed up this year.)
