Temperatures are estimated to fluctuate between active panic and total apathy into the next weekend. Main assignments will have a minimum temperature of regret and a complete climate change once editing is complete. Expect treat writing to continue at all free hours unless the dangerous front of procrastination cropping up in the Northeast successful moves into the area, effectively killing the treat storm conditions for the season.

I left a comment pointing out a mistake on an fic with an author's note asking for people to do that, and it got deleted?

Were you a dick about it/did you like the fic in general? If I saw that note, I would interpret it as "if you'd be commenting because you liked the fic, feel free to point out something wrong," but I wouldn't waste time commenting on a fic I didn't like even if the author wanted some kind of concrit.

+1 Or like, I was just looking at one of the IF entries, and sometimes people will put an a/n like "let me know if there's a technical problem that prevents you finishing the game" but that doesn't really encompass "I didn't like your choices." (Not saying this was for IF, I just mean that there are suggestions and there are suggestions.)
