They identify and live as women. They face the same institutional misogyny as the rest of us, while also dealing with transphobia on top of that. Biology isn't everything. It is one axis on which women are oppressed, but not the only axis. By the definition of many TERFS, infertile women or women who have had hysterectomies aren't women, and hopefully you agree that that at least is fucking ridiculous.
