Why is it that every time someone says "I'm not an anti" it's followed by a statement that makes them sound like an anti?

Because once THERE’RE NO RULES!!! seeps into your brain as the reigning principle, anyone who tells you to put your pants back on—or even says pants should be worn and they’re not interested in seeing your bits—sounds like The Man, and obviously The Man can’t be right about anything, there are no rules!

I'm not awake enough to decipher the meaning of this word salad.

Maybe you’re just a bit slow in general, dear.

Maybe you need to unclench because clearly being an anti is rotting your brain.

Why is it that some people don't realize that "anti" and "all kink is sacred and holy and beyond criticism" are not the only two options?

I don't care if you write non-con or underage or whatever, but I think it's silly that people here and on FFA are perfectly willing to criticize anything unless you admit you're horny for it at which point it becomes untouchable.

Whether or not you call this being an anti, attacking and judging people for the fictional material they get off on is the lowest of the low

(Anonymous) 2020-01-01 09:40 am (UTC)(link)
Attacking - yes

Judging - nah

Also, “lowest of the low,” please, coalie, get some fresh air, turn on the news, check facebook.

Dude. We're talking about fandom behavior. Obviously, there are many worse atrocities people can do to each other, but that's hardly comparable.

There are worse fannish behaviors than judging.

it's okay to write fiction if you're horny for it or not

because fan/fiction isn't real
