Nah, I wrote for an actual small fandom that is at least five years old and I don't even know a lot of people among my friends who are familiar with it. I wouldn't care as much if my recip actually at least liked it and told me, because I did have fun writing it and I'd tried to fill their request based on the short paragraph they gave me. Still haven't heard from them.
