I don't read much in this fandom anymore, but I'll give this a go.

1. I liked this post-canon fic a lot, and this author's take on Zhao Yunlan & Zhao Xinci's difficult & tentative reconciliation.

2. The mystery in this one is really well done with a tense pace. It actually made it so that the shippy stuff kind of detracted from it, as it lacked the same sense of intensity. Still a good read.

3. Never been all that into kink negotiations, so I'll admit this can be my own bias, but this fic felt really overwrought to me characterization-wise with too much crying.

4. An interesting different take on their dynamic. Not quite my thing, but has some nice mental images. The author needs to do a find-and-replace and correct their misspelling of Chu Shuzhi's name though.
