I had to stop reading CP bc Ngozi really doesn’t get pro hockey. She may be better now but I couldn’t get past the first year or so...

So petty but I feel you. FPF fandoms getting real details wrong kills it.

The biggest problem is that I found the fic because the author tagged Mikko Koivu, which is the tag I actually follow. It is my fault for clicking on a fic for a movie I haven’t seen in decades and then wondering how this particular FPF/RPF universe works. Is this a universe where there isn’t an Anaheim (Mighty) Ducks, you know, the team that Saku Koivu played for.

Or where Adam didn’t play on the Devils with Parise!!! (Koivu got his number from Sami Vatanen, author; no matter how much Adam doesn’t want to stay connected his teammates have it.)
