How is there a Teen Titans fic when there's >1400 fics after filters? If the recip was requesting a specific writer, shouldn't it be tagged as that run, rather than the general tag?

It's the writer's choice how to tag. I also tagged a larger umbrella fandom for my fic to get more eyes on it.

No? We've talked about this before. You can tag your fic however you want. We've also talked constantly, right here on coal this year, about using top level tags for unwrangled fandoms.
