I haven't actually finished it (I wandered off; I've been more in the mood for high school/university BL fluff over action), but reading spoilers, the three live and they're together. I'm not 100% how to describe their relationship - it's a flavor of poly and they do love each other. One of the dudes is also dating another guy not part of the triad.

Can an anon who's watched it til the end clarify...? Ahh sorry, wish I could be more of a help.

Coalie who finished it: your summary is accurate! The ending is...slightly ambiguous? But it's (spoilers) after a scene where they all say they love each other and hug it out, so.
