The biggest lag I remember seeing in previous rounds was maybe half an hour or thereabouts. Maybe I've just been lucky or not noticed?

I just checked my email again, and I still have no comment email for a comment that was left over 4 hours ago. (Mostly I'm annoyed because I'm at work and can check email but not my AO3 account.)

SC Haha, there, it just popped into my inbox as I was hitting post. Based on the time stamps, it was 4:15 between the comment being left and the email getting sent.
