I finished a story I didn't get into shape in time to be in the main collection and posted it to Madness, and then I wrote another story in another fandom with some fairly last-minute inspiration and posted that, too. They're both over 1k, and Madness is always such a ghost town for comments even on short stuff, but I'd written them and saw no point in not posting. I hope the recips like them.

I got no treats this year, Madness or otherwise, but I'll read quite a few fandoms. I haven't gotten through the main archive yet to even see what's available in Madness.

I got a lovely little treat in an obscure fandom that's also a perfect complement to the two fics for that fandom in the main collection. Very good!

I got an absolutely perfect treat. Really, it's so good. Slash in recent western movie canon.

I don't want to de-anon by reccing it directly but I may need to make a longer rec list and include it. I'm worried it's not going to get a lot of hits, and people are missing out.

Got a ficlet that after lowering my expectations after a crappy main gift (the best things I can say about it was that it was less than 2k, included my requested characters and was in the right fandom) totally blew me away. Thank you treat writer for a wonderful surprise!
