Dear Author,

You clearly tried to write something I'd like. Possibly you tried too hard. Writing just one of my prompts instead of trying to pack them all in would probably have resulted in a more enjoyable fic. Your writing is technically competent but you have a boring style. 7-8/10.

7-8 is pretty high for something you didn't particularly enjoy... maybe I have a different sense of scale, though.
