You seem like a really sweet person and I appreciate the effort put into a relatively later pinch hit, but this is Not Good. And not even in a "please get a beta next time" way either. Just yikes all around.

I'm sorry your gifts sucks. I'm not excited about mine either.

I always feel a bit like a jerk when I don't like my gift that was a pinch hit because the writer saved me from getting nothing at all and tried to put something together in a short amount of time/circumstances that weren't ideal, but still... eh.
