Coalie was beginning to get very tired of waiting for their gift to be posted, and of having nothing to shake: once or twice they had peeped into the tags of the fic their dentist had been gifted, but it had no characters or freeforms on it, "and what is the use of a fic," thought Coalie, "without ships or tags?"

Last-minute nerves. Realized it contained a DNW, as noted above. Saw someone else in the fandom hit the PHs list and decided to pull for them instead. Accidental double-posting (it happens).

I think it was just accidental double-posting but yeah, it's fine. Even if the treat isn't meant for me, I'm definitely going to enjoy it. :>

I deleted a treat I wrote because it was actually my original assignment that I defaulted on and I felt nervous that the pinch hitter would feel weird about their new recip having a treat before they posted their PH, so I decided to pull it until the PH was posted.

They're still gonna get the fic. I was just worried about someone showing up on FFA or coal with a "my PH got a fic before I could post mine :(((" and then everyone would be like "you're being ridiculous" and then there would be people who were like "actually it was a total dick move to post the treat before the PH" and then there would be a million comments of nonsense. So I decided to cover my ass, make sure my recip got two gifts, and not stress out the pinch hitter if they're also neurotic. I panicked and deleted the fic in maybe a minute, so. Hopefully the recip didn't notice. And yeah, this is all stupid and I shouldn't've mentioned it, but...recip's still gonna get two fics.

Yes, I realize that now. I basically posted the same thing on both comms, which was...not my brightest move. It was overall a silly move to post anything about this at all. I’m gonna step away from those comments on both FFA and coal and hope I don’t actually cause wank. It’s been an anxious day for me, and I made bad decisions in my memeing and fell into an unfortunate habit I have of repeating myself/beating dead horses. So. I’m gonna go rest.
