Coalie was beginning to get very tired of waiting for their gift to be posted, and of having nothing to shake: once or twice they had peeped into the tags of the fic their dentist had been gifted, but it had no characters or freeforms on it, "and what is the use of a fic," thought Coalie, "without ships or tags?"

I feel like this is a very dumb question but I've never posted a treat on AO3 before! What collection should I post it to? AO3 doesn't want to accept it to yuletide 2019.

Go to the actual collection (link at top of this post), and click Post To Collection button on that page for maximum non-failure. Remember to add your recip as the recipient.

This is the front page for the main collection (treats under 1000 words have to go in the madness collection, which is different). There is a 'Post to Collection' button under the header on the right of the page.

Just fyi if you haven't posted your treat yet, the collection is temporarily closed right now. The deadline has just passed and they will take some time now to check over things and sort out who needs a pinch hit. You can't post to the collection until it opens again - don't know how long it will be, maybe tomorrow sometime? They will announce it on the admin comm. Once it's back open for posting you can still add treats right up till midnight xmas eve.
