Coalie was beginning to get very tired of waiting for their gift to be posted, and of having nothing to shake: once or twice they had peeped into the tags of the fic their dentist had been gifted, but it had no characters or freeforms on it, "and what is the use of a fic," thought Coalie, "without ships or tags?"

Probably, yeah. I know some people who only use the underage tag if one of the characters is an adult and the other isn't, but better to err on the safe side.

And yes, that's what I'm used to too. None of their prompted characters have much of an age gap (same grade students) so I was kind of confused. Maybe that line is leftover from another exchange.
