Coalie was beginning to get very tired of waiting for their gift to be posted, and of having nothing to shake: once or twice they had peeped into the tags of the fic their dentist had been gifted, but it had no characters or freeforms on it, "and what is the use of a fic," thought Coalie, "without ships or tags?"

I think the serial killer one was Aja who is definitely obnoxious in a number of ways.

I don't think she actually requested serial killers -- didn't she just stump for them in the nomination period as a tie-in to her terrible Hannibal fandom hot takes that ultimately ended up in an article? She definitely didn't invent being fannishly weird in a way that conflates real/fictional serial killers (wasn't there a LJ comm called Big Gay Teenage Murderers?) but she sure embarrassed herself doing so.
