It's been a few years since I read this book and I haven't read the sequel. I can't say that I shared rnanqo's disappointment that the book's fisting scene involved the hand that still had a hand, but... I think that prompt would go right at the top of my list. I'm actually a little tempted to try writing it, except I really don't have time to revisit/reread the book and would definitely need to do that first.
