The Yudah Cohen series by Rebecca Fraimow is three short stories set in a historical Yiddish community with some supernatural/magical realism thrown in. The third of the stories has f/f and the all three feature either f/f or FtM/f (I don’t believe it is explicitly stated how the character in question identifies internally but I have not read them recently).
A Year and a Day in Old Theradane is a short story with a canon f/f relationship (but not centrally focused) and follows and old gang of thieves as they take on one last mission.
The Half of It is a film where a high school girl finds herself in a Cyrano de Bergerac situation, writing to a girl that her friend has a crush on.
Imagine Me and You is a film about a woman who finds herself drawn to her wedding florist.
Saving Face is about a Chinese-America surgeon who is trying to balance her relationship with her mother and potential relationship with a ballerina.
This may be too long but the Alpennia series by Heather Rose Jones is a fantasy f/f series where each book is essentially standalone and focusing on one couple.
