Which is so bizarre and petty. If there's fic in the fandom, there's fic in the fandom! Unless they're seeing a bunch of people posting drabbles as their Yuletide fandom's first fic and then deleting those drabbles later (which would be super weird, and afaik has never happened) then there's absolutely no reason for those fandoms to be treated differently from any other fandom.
