Both. Her writing was, for me, unreadable. But she was a nice person, came across as sweet, unintelligent and unperceptive, enthusiastic and well intentioned.

I don't think she had a clue what frustration she was causing and when she found out, she quit.

So overall very decent. Not everyone is clever.
