I'm having this problem. Most of the fandoms I want to offer, I can't unless I want to risk getting matched to a request I absolutely do not want. I realize that could happen thanks to a last minute signup no matter how careful I am, but over half of my offers are no-gos already without a lot of risk of a crappy match. :\
